The Association for Biblical Higher Education is a North American agency, comprised of approximately 200 postsecondary institutions from Canada and the United States, specializing in biblical ministry formation and professional leadership education. ABHE exists to enhance the quality and credibility of postsecondary educational institutions that engage students in biblical, transformational, experiential, and missional higher education.
Accreditation is a process by which an institution evaluates its educational activities, in whole or in part, and seeks an independent judgment to confirm that it achieves its mission and goals and is generally equal in quality to comparable institutions or specialized units.
